1. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 200 pieces per style, with delivery within 7 days. For fully customized designs, the lead time depends on specific order requirements. Please provide detailed specifications for an accurate quotation.
2. Will my custom design and brand information be protected?
Yes. For all OEM/ODM projects, we strictly follow exclusive production agreements. All designs, brand logos, and specifications you provide are kept confidential and fully protected to ensure your intellectual property rights are never compromised.
3. Can I customize the logo? What is the process?
Yes. We offer a variety of logo customization techniques, including Embroidery,Printing,Woven Label. Based on the fabric and application scenario, we will recommend the most suitable method and handle the entire process — from design to final delivery.
4. What is the lead time for sampling and bulk production?
Standard samples usually take 5–7 working days, Customized samples typically require 7–30 days depending on complexity.Bulk production typically requires 30-45 days, depending on order quantity, craftsmanship, and production season. With our in-house production lines and stable supply chain, we ensure all orders are delivered on schedule.
5. What fabric options are available? Do you offer functional or eco-friendly materials?
We offer a wide range of fabrics, including polyester/cotton blends, CVC, and knitted materials, with options for custom colors and weaving. Functional fabrics are also available, such as antibacterial, waterproof, antistatic, and moisture-wicking materials — all with OEKO-TEX® certified eco-friendly options.
